Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Session Cancellations by Students

Students may cancel a booked session before it takes place. Sessions cancelled with reasonable advance notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made close to the scheduled session time may be subject to a partial refund or cancellation fee, as disclosed at the time of booking.

2. Session Cancellations by Tutors

If a Tutor cancels a session or does not show up, the Student is entitled to a full refund for that session.

3. Rescheduling

Students and Tutors may reschedule a session by mutual agreement, subject to the Tutor's availability, at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through NewtonExam's payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Disputes

If a Student and Tutor disagree about whether a session was provided as booked, either party may contact NewtonExam to request a review. NewtonExam will make a reasonable determination based on the information available.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
